Q. The clothes I bought do not fit. Can I return them and get a different size?

A. Of course you can, under Australian Consumer Law and our own policy, you can return the clothes as long as they are how you originally received them - unwashed and still with the tags on. Please see our Returns page for further details.

Q. How are you actively managing your carbon footprint?

A. The products in our smoov luxeco range are made from ECONY®  regenerated fabric [see Our Fabric page for more info].

We also send out orders using compostable parcel bags, which can be broken-down in worm farms and gardens.

Q. Can I talk to someone directly about my order order?

A. We love to communicate to you by any means. That maybe talk/message/txt/Whats' App etc. Just call Kate directly on m 0419 523 667.

Q. Can I use a discount code?

A. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you have an existing code during a promotion period, only one can be used - so it is up to you to decide which one to use. If you forget to use the code when you order, we are unable to refund/credit the difference to you. Discount codes cannot be honoured outside their given time frame.
