Typical delivery takes 3-5 working days. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may require an extra working day for delivery. Very remote locations will take longer. We are not responsible for lost/damaged parcels.
All Australian orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Note: There may be potential delays due to the tightening of borders, more stringent policies around social distancing and increased pressure on logistics due to COVID-19. Your order is still coming, no matter where you are, but please be patient if it arrives a day or two late.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If a product happens to be unavailable at the time of your online purchase, we will contact you via email to notify you of its expectant date.

And by the way....
We send orders in compostable satchels that have passed Australia’s stringent AS5810 certified home requirements, which includes a worm toxicity test, so they’re even worm farm friendly.
Once you've opened your order, simply take off the shipping label and pop the satchel in with your food scraps. The satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process.
